Sawasth Rahne ka tarika

Apne aap Ko Swasth Rakhne ke tarike:

1. Hamen subha jaldi suryoday se pehle uthna chahiye
2.Subha uthkar ke taaza pani peena chahiye.
3.Pani peene ke bad hame bahar khuli hawa me tahalne ke liye jana chahiye.
4. Khuli hawa me gehri sans lene se hamare fefde majboot rahenge.
5. Khuli aur subha ki taaza hawa me hame anulom vilom ki kirya karna chahiye.
6. Ho sake to subha hame hamesa thoda tez gati se chalna chahiye.
7. Subha ko karib 1 se 2 Kilometer tak ki tez raftar se chalna chahiye.
8. Rojana nitya ye kirya karne se humko hamari denik hone wali bahut saari problem se chhutkara mil jayega.
